We are all born into this world; we can never escape it. Our life is nothing but the process of giving birth to ourselves. Life is full of challenges that require us to grow up and mature. Some people grow beyond their limits and work themselves to exhaustion.

However, there are also those who continue to do what is expected of them, even if it means living a life bereft of meaning. Also, there are those who have lost their identity by being molded into what society has deemed as the perfect person. We must be born each day anew, but also must let go of that which holds us back from being our true selves.
